Vendors and businesses operate independently, and Misika Mart is not responsible for the products, services, or actions of these entities.
Registration and Account Security: Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
Business Relationships: Misika Mart acts as a platform for businesses and vendors to connect with customers. The relationship between customers and businesses is solely that of buyer and seller. Misika Mart is not a party to any transactions.
Fees and Commissions: Businesses on Misika Mart may be subject to fees and commissions. Details of these charges are outlined in separate agreements with each business category. Delivery personnel are compensated based on a percentage of completed orders.
Product and Service Quality: Businesses are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of the products and services they offer. Misika Mart reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies or legal requirements.
Intellectual Property: Users retain ownership of their intellectual property. By using Misika Mart, businesses grant Misika Mart a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute their content on the platform.
Termination of Services: Misika Mart reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user or business at its discretion, especially in cases of policy violations, fraud, or legal requirements.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Misika Mart provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the platform.
